Uhh...The wdk on microsoft's connect is almost 3gb...Any other way to get just the DDK?

The structures are redefined in ntifs.h, so take them out of ntifs.h.

tbh latest source doesn't really work even when you try to compile the driver without changing anything, well didnt work 2 days ago :O and the old one does work ZOMG!

Uhh...I don't see why I should start editing ntifs.h...I tried the one in the source and the ddk version 6001 one, both don't work...I think it might be because my ddk version is newer than DBs..

It seems that the source has some problems, like the source.ce seems to have everything written in same line with boxes beetween some words but when you copy paste it here it seems to be normal :O, i wonder why...

try running in winxp build environment then

and if that failes then comment out the struct defines in ntifs.h
line 2628: _FILE_FS_FULL_SIZE_INFORMATION
line 2636: _FILE_FS_LABEL_INFORMATION
line 2650: _FILE_FS_SIZE_INFORMATION
line 2657: _FILE_FS_VOLUME_INFORMATION

ntifs.h is only needed in the cases the driver kit does not declare the stuff you need. But newer kits will have stuff that was previously not declared and possible overlap with ntifs.h. Thats why you'll have to comment it out

Perfect! Commented it out and managed to compile without any problems..in both win2000 and winxp. Wonder what the newkernel will be about...

ntifs.h is only needed in the cases the driver kit does not declare the stuff you need. But newer kits will have stuff that was previously not declared and possible overlap with ntifs.h. Thats why you'll have to comment it out

and i went to uninstall all the programs, and delete the files when it didnt seem to work :O, well anyways i will do it later on Very Happy
