Theme: Smudge.

Rules - Must Read.
- Size restrictions: Landscape tags cannot be over 250px tall, and Vertical tags cannot be over 250px wide.
- Your CEF name must NOT appear on your entry.
- Do not post your entries in this thread. Follow the rules below, or be disqualified.
- Do not post your entries in the art section until the results thread has been made. Doing so will result in a DQ. You may post it on other forums at your leisure.
- After PMing your entry, reply here saying it's sent. This is to clear up any issues with PM's not properly sent / received for whatever reason.
- Save the .psd's of your tags (not flattened). We do not tolerate rippers, and you may be asked to provide proof at any point, so you may need to show a screenshot for confirmation.
- Only one modification can be made to your tag, and the second tag I'm send will be the one you enter. Regardless of whether you message me back to say use the first one.
- No premade tags.

Your entries will be voted on by a select group of judges, who will not know who made the entries, so we get an unbiased vote.

1. Can we only enter new tags?
2. Are tags with smudge-based effects allowed, seeing as they are smudged?

But ill get angry that i worked on a tag like 1 hour and someone doesnt even asks if he can use it and without my permission he rips it -_-

Some people take days to just make a tag. o_O
Well, anyway, I hope I get proper CnC when I send my entry, hopefully, I'll be sending it today. I'm guessing someone here will just make a smudge sig.

Sorry to say, but almost all of your tags would be easy to rip, even with text on them.
Anyway, who cares? Take it as a compliment.
I'm not changing that rule, I want fair voting.
Even if it's ripped, just contact a mod or admin (even if it's on another site), and necessary measures will be taken.

I'll allow 1 edit per person, and the latest one I receive will be the one that you enter. So don't anyone send me an updated one, then pm me again saying to use the old one, I will have deleted it, and even if I haven't I won't.
