Tail looks like it's coming from a weird angle, almost as if it's on the front of Godzilla. Other than that, everything is great, especially the shading.

Personally I think the small head adds more to the character. He IS NOT a dinosaur, he's a marine iguana altered by a French nuclear explosion. A marine iguana has a fairly small head compared to its body so that makes things a little more understandable.

The proportion also gives him more of a "bulky" upper-body appearance which is more appealing than a wimpy monster.

The head is fuzzing awesome. The tail is good too, it's just that it's coming from a strange angle.

Agreed, and if you read the wiki, the designer didn't get much info on how to design it either O.o

EDIT: If the proportions will don't make sense, try picturing Zilla without the spiky thing on the bottom of his neck. That part isn't his his neck, it's just a flap of skin that extends from the neck.
