I know that the keyboard work because i can get into bios+safe mode with it. But once windows have loaded it just suddenly stops to work. |

This happens to me often.
Just take the usb or w/e from the keyboard, out of the tower, and plug it back in.
After that, it should work. |

Windows only has Generic keyboard drivers for standard keyboard layouts.

# 104-key "Windows" keyboard layout – Windows (×2) and Menu key added.
# 105-key as above, but for European layouts.
# 109-key as above, but for Asian layouts.
# 107-key "Enhanced" keyboard layout – Power management keys were added. |
Drivers are only required for wild keyboards with 100 extra multimedia keys and knobs. And even those will work without the extra drivers, just without functionality of the extra keys/knobs.

Keyboard Brand and model ARE required.
Look on the tag on the bottom of the keyboard.

sometimes drivers comes with the software. Did you try to install the software.

Yes, the software wont even recognize the keyboard. |

They have a software(&driver) for the merc series at their official site. It should detect the the keybord. |
I downloaded the version form the official site. But i dont think the problem is with the software but the problem is in the hardware as i have a yellow mark (!) on it in device manager. |
