You people a paranoid skitzos.
The reason it possibly triggers the client virus, is because of the server/client application for remote game hacking fools.
Let me make it as simple as i can for the scared people.
When you are programming remote software, some calls & functions will trigger antivirus software calling it a trojan/virus. Depending on what the application is doing, opening and closing ports, allowing access ,logging or packet sniffing or possibly remote debugging.
Take a look at TMK created trainers. Shows as a keylogger on some and game hack.
WPE pro is found as a virus,hack tool.
Ill be willing to bet not a single one of you reporting a virus has seen any damage from it at all what so ever. In fact you would not even know anything was up unless you had your antivirus on.
When you get something real, you will see how your pc runs. You will notice decrease in performance or other weird shit happen.
Then you need to take action to get to the bottom of it.
Stop whining you sniveling bed wetters......just dont use CE if your too damn scared.

| TMK is only considered a keylogger because of H@TKEYSH@@K.dll What the dll does is set a low level keyboard hook that allows you to register hotkeys (for your trainer) that already have been registered. The same hook CAN be used for keylogging purposes but anti virus scanners have no way of telling, so they just flag any similar behavior.

There is another soulution, you can go to the process manager, and under processes, you can terminate your AV for the time being. Once you put the files back on, it'll stop trying kill it. D:

I sometimes have problems of that kind, too.
Well, yesterday to be true.
Ok, not with CE. I had problems with some other Tool for a small online game, but diesn't matter. I usually try to send a eMail from myself to myself online. My eMail provider has a constantly upgraded virus tool. If no virus is found by my provider I usually discard the warning. (Well... Obviously only if I have reason to distrust my anti-virus tool.) Most of the time it works fine.

From the moment I started using CE,
Norton, Kaspersky, Avast, F-prot, NOD32
NEVER POPPED UP about a virus or something...
It would never fall on my mind something like that, but it's possible...
Still I'd disable the AV, install CE and uninstall AV...
CE is the best!!! Thanx Dark Byte!!!
