I think SafeMode is accessed before you reach the Login screen, usually at the same time the BIOS loads.

safemode admin account is only a problem for xp home
xp proffesional won't let you mess with admin and user accounts from safemode without the admin password

You safemode before that screen. You press like F8 or something when booting..

thats right,, and boot on safemode can remove ur admin's password

I don't think that really works for me. The hidden Administrator account has a password assigned on it for mine...

well,, i see,, who was installed ur system has assigned password when on general account "hidden administrator" while he or she is installing the OS. if u want to change it,, u must reinstall ur system again

dude you should never post again on this forum, you dont seem to know about anything your saying.
it is possable to change the admin password and there is many ways to do it, there are even ways to find out what the password of the account is.
to change the pass use either a linux distro, Trinity resource kit, or Ultimate Boot CD, or even winternals erd commander.
i made a vid on how to change the pass of the admin account and also how to get the pass of of any other accounts on the pc.
