Hi,
As you know then I am being sued and criminally prosecuted for copyright infringement and am no longer able to have any involvement with the project of any material from Artix Entertainment. I thought I was safe because I am in a foreign country, but when a Denmark based lawyer called me, I realized that these laws were international.
Anyone who has already downloaded my work should take my advice and delete it immediately for you own safety, you do not want to end up like me. Anyway, Artix was kind enough in my case to give me leniency and have the matter resolved.
I have sent Artix Entertainment, LLC. A list of all those who has helped me in anyway and I have also sent Alpha Evolutions database where they will be able to see the IP’s of all those who has helped this project and those who has downloaded the illegal files. – Again, if you don’t want to get in any trouble you should take my advice and delete all of your illegal files.

| lul, doubt they'd be able to have valid evidence proving that most of people were involved. Most of it would not hold up in court, nor would they bother. Still, thanks for the heads up even though I haven't touched the files.

Why the hell would you do that? That's such an asshole thing to do, even though they won't do anything about it, it's still stupid of you. Also, I really doubt they would do anything to any of the people who've downloaded your core because what you did was over the top, which I warned you about countless times, all the others need to do is to keep it private for a while and make smart decisions, not like taking AQW's homepage for their own page.

I had no choice... it's either my real life or you guys, on the internet. I am sure you would've done the same. I am still 15 years old and i really don't want to spend 1 year and 6 months in jail with real criminals who kills people etc. (In Denmark, if you are 15+ years old you can be sent to jail).
And this is really serious, CPH LAW FIRM, told me that i could go to jail up to 1 year and 6 month for doing this. And i am not planning to stay 1 day at a jail. If i came back to school i wouldn't have any friends, they would think that i am dangerous and crazy. My life would be completely destroyed.

whoa azzimi I'm glad to see your o.kish but I'm guessing I was quite high on the I.P list.....
btw I didn't download the files cos I knew If I was caught with them I could get my ass sued. The minium age you have to be to go 2 jail in the U.K is 10...... im 15
I'm guessing you sent stuff about people paying for V.I.P aswell....

Shit... Can't i be a year younger?! lol, But i deleted the file's, I just got the Database not anything that AE made, because i'm learning C# and wanted to look at a project which was made good...
