I can't help you because I am pretty bad at delphi, but it would be helpful if people who are going to help you know what they are going to be doing. Because some people excel in certain fields of delphi, and aren't as good in other fields. So, you might want to tell the people what they will make first. And btw, go on some other forum if you want to pay people.

Cheat Engine? Easy to make? From scratch? I can't even imagine what you're considering professional if CE is chums work.
