Ok, now I know this is a really, really dumb question, but do you think it is possible for me or me and other people to make our own computer language? And then actually get it published so to speak, so that you could actually make programs with it and not just have written down a language. I just wanted to know, because I'm really bored and want to do something this summer (idc if it takes more than the summer.)

Anyways... Yes, it's possible, yes it can, and has, been done. No, it won't be easy, and will take years (If it's going to be any good).

Ok, I am willing to accept that. In a couple of years, I will be really good at programming, and the it will be easier to make the language.

Ok, so who says I can't learn multiple languages in the span of about 3-5 years. That is just a guess at how long it would take to make the language...

I assume you don't know too much about programming, so I suggest learning the stucture of another language first, then make a script interpreter.

Actually, I know asm, I am reading "Teach yourself C++ in 21 Days" and I know some delphi.
