hey guys will this let me use a schools network? how does it work?

Its range is 1000 feet i live 1 block from a elementray school. Maybe a can catch a neighbors network?

I work for a school district, trust me, you don't want to be on the network. It is fast, but not at the sites, only at the top level (district office).

Yes it COULD let you find a neighbors wireless, if your neighbor does not have any encryption you can use it. Since it is a RECEIVER you'd better hope the signal coming from them is strong enough to reach you though.

PS that thing looks crappy.

well if u can get the netwrok to wrk fomr your school then u can hack all day and you will not have to wory on being busted Razz

its not like they would search EVERY house in the neighborhood (and if did u can wipe ur system before hand) hehe also u can get tests that u are fixing to take,etc.. Razz

if i can get internet from the school, it probably has a filter to block websites for violence, adult stuff, ectt.... will my internet be the same?

and for the router thing = maybe
but in my past expierence if its a link sys wireless card it will pick up linksys,belkin,some free palces with wireless like krystal <southern white castle> and colledges

but my card was tweaked <forgot where i got tweaked drivers>

if u do get the connection and it using a key theres a site i know that has proggys to bypass wireless locks <password,etc.>
