I was trying to find a base pointer for a value in a flash game, but when i tried to find the base it just keep going and going, i didnt bother to keep going till the end but i ended up with 6 or 7 poitners and thought i was doing somthing wrong... my question is
Am i doing somthing wrong, or is there a way to decrease the amount of poitners, say loading the swf in an external program instead of in the IE browser itself.

No sense in bothering with that,
Soon as you close IE, The pointer will change.

well, i want to find a base so i dont have to find the values for the game every time.
Would i have to load it into an external program and use the base poitners in there?

| The base pointer you find will change as soon as you close IE.

Just download the .swf and run it from flash player. That way you arent debugging a bloatware app like IE in the process.
