How do I cheat?

Do I need an additional program to connect CE to my home network? (I am trying to access Xenia through Xbox Device Portal). I've followed tutorials, but I get the same error when connecting to my host network.

you'll need a instance of CESERVER running on the device

Thanks, I tried to find one. Sorry if this is an odd question, but does the "CEServer files for CE 7.6 (linux, android, x86,x86_64, arm and arm64)"work on XBox One X? This is the only download I can find (I clicked on an old link you listed in another forum, but that link no longer works). I downloaded it (extracted it) but when I try to add in through the device portal (Xbox), the folder is empty. Please help
