How do I cheat?

Hello im having trouble connecting to CEserver on bluestacks. i downloaded the latest version of both (7.5) but it still gives me this error. im using ceserver_x86 and adb.exe forward tcp:52736 tcp:52736 to connect to 172.0.0.1:52736.
