How do I cheat?

I am trying to change values in btd6 for how many heroes have been placed but i cannot find specific numbers

From what I gathered years ago was that BTD6 is encrypting a lot of variables - probably the reason is so slow in the later stages...
That said, I would not be looking for doubles...
Also, be sure to use your hacks offline - devs allowed this back in the early days at least - and it had pretty good online cheat detection mechanisms already, resulting in permanent ban. I assume it has only advanced since then.
