I cant open 64 bit C.E but i can open 32 bit, ive tried disabling anti cheat and anti virus softwares and nothing changed i also sfc scanned and other stuff. Please Help Crying or Very sad

Have you tried running the 64-bit version as an administrator? Sometimes that can make a difference. Also, make sure your system is fully updated. If all else fails, you might want to check the software's forums or support for specific fixes.
