The installer contains OfferCore which contains offers provided by advertisers. It's not malicious in any way whatsoever. The user can completely skip the offers and they will not be installed on the user's PC. As seen in some of the results, it is considered a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program). That doesn't make it malicious.

The lite version also has a third party offer(that you also can decline without any repercusions), it's just a different one. Try the main download, perhaps avira likes that one better

I used Cheat engine for years, but suddently windows deleted the exe :

startup: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Cheat Engine 7.5\Cheat Engine.lnk
never saw this false positive before ..

anything ending with !ML or .AI can be ignored. It's just a detection based on machine learning instead of an actual AV expert marking the file as dangerous
In this case it thinks the launcher that decides which CE version to launch based on your CPU capabilities is some kind of DefenseEvasion
But yes, false positive

if it detected an anti cheat like badlion yes. After removing it your system had to reboot so CE can run

anti cheat not anti virus
and cheat engine deleted it for you (whixh is why it needed to reboot) so you're fine now
