You'll likely find that .dll file in the C:\Windows\System32\CompatTel directory.... copy it. Cause you more than likely have it, but Splitgate is looking for it in the wrong location, or who fawkn knows... It's BS either way. Super annoying.

delete dbghelp from the win32 and win64 subfolders in ce's installdir

After searching, it seems that
It can also be,Overwrite dbghelp.dll of version 7.5 with dbghelp.dll before version 7.5.
