Ok just to preface, without root, it is possible to use run cheat systems on android games like game guardian while both the cheat system and game are running inside parallel space vm.
I'm just wondering if anybody has figured out a way to run cheat engine android server in a similar way so I can access pointers and arm64 instructions via my computer? Without root of course.

use apktool to repack the apk with the debuggable flag set to trur

then "run-as" packagename and copy ceserver from a folder you have access to, set it as executable and then launch it
