Is there away to create a header which can hold an address value but not holding the address offset

I need this for my cheat table so activating a group does not freezes child addresses values. My child addresses depends on the group head value
ex:
Skills -----> "porcess.exe"+12345
child 1 ---->+0
child 2 ---->+4

so activating skills will freeze child 1

Turn off pointer, add no offset and there you go.
