I'm offering a plugin with two options features.

1) Display the current time date and time of all countries.
2) Generate and receive Trainer expiry code with selected country date and time.
Reference is made to master @Zanzer's code for this option.

Here is an image from the plugin:

1) Country list: Double click on selection and view current flag, date and time.

2) Add existing plugin to Cheat Engine menu.
(This option key is set to Remove from Cheat Engine in the plugin)

3) 4 panels are provided to view, click on the panel and choose from the Country list.

4) Write an expiration date for the trainer shutdown code. Please make sure you write in the format shown.

5) The above code is updated after each Country list selection. Trainer allows you to copy the expiry date code printout.

Is it using the Olson database directly?

If by "Olson" you mean country, it will work if I have it predefined in the code.
Opss, my code that reads my list for flag representation might be a bit lacking.

The site is; Some encodings are used for country dates and times (preset number codes by the Site) and a link that takes global country abbreviations for flags (with the same method used by the same site).

This code gives the connection preset numbers and in return offers the date and time of that request.

The Lua code is password free, editable and please create a link and run it in Google browser.

Erm... The Olson database is the de-facto source of time zones. Google it.

While there is the example I gave above and Lua Time Zone; Looks like Olson is going to be an overly complex php.
