I don't really know how these 'RDX, RCX, RAX, ...' things work, let alone what they're called.

I have this address which is being read every tick by 'mov eax,[rdx+A4]'. Is there a way for me to get this RDX value automatically using Cheat Engine or CELua?
I apologize if my understanding of this is completely wrong...

It's called a register and you can do exactly what you want with a little learning! Read up on aob scans then use assembly or Lua to accomplish your goals.
