Well, you could if the criteria was correct; that criteria would be that the value and the visual value were two separate entities. In all honesty, it doesn't make sense why someone would want to do this other than to hide the fact they're cheating. The only people that would care so much about someone else cheating are the players in multiplayer games, or a tournament where money is involved for the winner.
