Is it possible to make such a filter using Lua?
By analogy with the "Process Monitor Filter"
Need the show/hide and reset functions, not the Next Scan or Delete.

it's not that easy.
The foundlist shows entries based on the index, and just looking at an entry loads it from disk at the same offset

To apply a filter you'll have to create a new list and then walk through the foundlist and populate the new list based on the result. It won't affect the scan results, unless you go really far and build new scanfiles

It may be very slow

Thank you for responding.
Your competitor (I hope you understand who I'm talking about) has: "Dropout by formula" works very slowly, but with a small number of remaining addresses(10,000 or less) it is tolerable, and it can be useful. No need to restart the game and go through the changed/unchanged chain again.

If not add filter, then you can at least add Scanresult with custom names to the Lua dropout formula in addition to Value, Previousvalue.
