Hello everyone, I have a little problem when I multiply an item by two, it gives me double the amount taken, but when I'm going to use it, I spend twice as much to give an example, pick an apple, I get two, but when I'm going to eat one, it takes away the two

mov [rsi+000005869],ecx this is the opcode

the script i use is this:
sub ecx,[address]
imul ecx, [ITEM]
add ecx,[address]
mov [rsi+000005869],ecx.

Please if someone knows how to make sure that I do not spend twice, I would appreciate it.Greats

Compare if the new value is less than the old value. If so, jump over the sub/imul/add instructions.

Look up the cmp and jcc instructions for more information.

This is basic assembly. Look up "x64 tutorial" or something if you want to start learning it.
