How do I cheat?

I have recently downloaded CE and its not running

I dont have badlion, anti v is totally off, no anti cheat running.

What else can i try?

disable reputation based protection

Ive been all over google looking to find a fix but i cant find anything. I have made a bla.txt but not sure what im looking for

Stupid question but sometimes it goes amiss, are you executing Cheat Engine with admin privileges?

I am mate yeah

Like ive been sitting here trying to see what could be causing it. Ive never ran it on this PC

I cant think for the life of me what is stopping it

restarted windows ? (so not shutdown and back on, but actually restart)

Your AV might have deleted CE files, check if they all exist
