Is there a way to get the static address of any game that running through DOSBox?
Because I tried to get the static address the traditional way but it's not working

If I understand correctly, it's because games that run in emulators (including DOSBox) store their values in the memory of the emulator, not in the process you're searching.
If you look at emulators like SNES9x, they have memory editors build in for that very reason. You might want to search specifically for a memory editor for DOSBox, unless something already exists here (thinking maybe a plugin).
