How do I cheat?

The game is an old and nostalgic game. I love this game. I want to cheat on this game.I work on offline games to practice and improve myself.I found the health and ammo variable with the cheat engine.This variable is Double
Is this why I don't know but I can't find the constant variable
What kind of path should I follow?
