basically whenever i try to use the kernelmode debugger, every time i click ok after, it gives me an error called DBK Error and it says "The driver couldn't be opened! It's not loaded or not responding. I recommend to reboot your system and try again"
I tried reinstalling multiple times, restarting my computer multiple times to come to no avail. There are no damn videos to help me solve the problem, I'm at a lost.

is your CE build modified somehow ?
do you have any anti cheats running ?
