CE 7.1
recently i cant add any new found opcodes to list . If i click add it gives the above error . If i go to browse and search for add no add there.

open "advanced options".
You may have to remove entries from there

This happens with EVERY SINGLE OP Code i try to add.........
The address IS NOT present on the list.

EVERY Single OPCode in browser i highlight there is No option to "ADD this address to the adress list"
