How do I cheat?

Hello, well I have these two hexadecimal values: 0x2643C8 + 0x1A and 0x2643C8 + 0x1C and I was wondering if there's a way to know what they are for. I got them from a github code, the code is a cheat for GTA V that adds money to your character

This little part of the code is just a simple addition task, like from a math book of a 4th grade pupil. You can convert it from hex to decimal with many online tools or the basic windows calculator to see a dec value you are more familiar with, but basically it is just a math expression, like "2+8=10".
