Hello I have a cheat table that unlocks achievements for the base game but it got a title update and I'm trying to add those extra achievements.

I found where it is using cheat engines .net info I posted a screenshot.

Can anyone help guide me with this as it's my first time attempting this, been trying for few hours to figure it out, so I have a general idea for next time.
