How do I cheat?

Trying to start cheat engine installer on latest version of windows 10, but i get an error That Says "Access is Denied" and then a windows defender prompt which lists it as a threat

Does anyone know how to fix or can point me in the direction of help

And before anyone says it, no, I dont have Badlion Client installed nor have I ever had it on my current Hard Drive

add exception to win defender and add CE.
Use Quarantined threads and then "ALLOW ON this device" option

disable "Reputation based protection" It's slightly hidden away, but you can find it by searching in the start menu
