Cheat Engine

So I'm trying to find some function in a game, however everytime I start the the code filtering, the game just keeps crashing.

I've read through 2 threads on here about this, and I still can't seem to figure it out. I can't tell if it's a bug with code filter itself or if I'm doing something wrong:
I cannot find any "cc" bytes in these instructions, neither am I able to stop previously *removed* addresses from my code filter address list to get stuck on a breakpoint either way, and to crash. I'm confused.

EDIT:
I now realized that the CC bytes are found above each bp'd function. although I'm still finding myself having problems with breakpoints that causes exceptions on addresses that I don't even have in the code filter address list.
