hi is it possible to have MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-512 of all cheat engine version?

Yes. Download the ce sourcecode for each revision compile it and generate a md5 for it. Make sure to use the correct conpiler version as each one is slightly different

So, what's the point of a hash-based check when each compilation is literally different?

This is not a suitable method of creating an anti-cheat or trying to detect anything. Using file hashes is pointless as you can change 1 byte of the file and completely change the hash without breaking the file.
