I ve read so many topics of the same problem but i didnt get any help

I install CE then proceed to open it it says the parameter is incorrect then it delete itself I tried to run as admin but still the same

Maybe see if you have another version or the sameversion installed somewhere on ur pc and try deleting it and everything that has tio do with it and then try downloadin CE again, if not an older version
