exe trainer not working but CEtrainer is

How do I cheat?

When Making a trainer, if I generate it as an exe, it doesn't load for some reason.
However if I generate it as a CETrainer, it works fine, Why does this happen. Any Help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

set the target as 64-bit

And perhaps you're using a lua extension package and you didn't add it to the exe package

And of course, "Anti-Virus"
