Cheat Engine

I'm probably doing something obviouslt wrong but ive been trying for a while and cant get cheatengine to run, every time i build i get the same error messages, it wont allow me to build because it doesn't like the ifthen command in the line below:

processhandle:=dbk32functions.OP(ifthen<dword>(GetSystemType<=6,$1f0fff, process_all_access), true, pid);

this comes up in a couple of other places aswell, it simply wont understand them, anyone understand why this is and how to get around it?

personally I used Lazarus snapshots when compiling 7.1. It works but the UI is a little bit messed up.
