Tried VEH/Windows Kernel DEBUGERS all to no avail.
Only finds out what ACCESSES this address.
Something writes the value back to specific one and i cant find out what.

How can i fix this?

Try "DBVM find what accesses" and set it to writes

or else just go with access and manually filter out the writing instructions

DBVm causes BSOD
Noping all what access still has something write to it

Which bsod do ytou get? Got a memory dump to inspect?
(You said you used the kernel debugger so you can do dbvm )
