Hi, I got the program today to try it on Subsistence and I'm curious about a few things I hope can be answered. Once I've found an address for a particular item that's lets say row 4 column 3. Is that address for only that spot or the actual item? Also is there a way to use cheat engine to adjust the the health, hunger, protein water etc?

CE ships with a tutorial. I recommend you start there.
In general, yes, you can adjust all that with CE.
