Cheat Engine

Hello! I'm quite new to cheat engine, and i wanted to know what to do if a value is just changing too quickly, i'm trying to edit a value that keeps changing every second, and cheat engine just doesn't find the value quickly enough. What can i do to either slow down the program (speedhack doesn't work). I'm doing this on an android emulator (memu) and i've figured out how to change values already, just not this quickly.

Pause the emulator.

If for some reason it doesn't have that feature, click on "Advanced Options" in the bottom left of the main CE window and pause the target process.

I have the same problem and pausing is not helping

Pausing a process does nothing but suspend it, so it cannot fail, probably being an emulator there will also be other sub processes that you can find in the "Processes" list and do not connect Cheat Engine to the process you find in the "Applications" list.
