Cheat Engine

I recently upgraded back to windows 10 after doing a hard drive reinstall and such. Cheat engine worked perfect with Windows 8. However as soon as I upgraded to 10, it stopped. I've uninstalled Badlion, turned off windows defender, changed the name of the .exe files, and ran everything as Administrator. I also ran the cheat engine windows repair tool. I can not figure this out. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

I have restarted the pc several times.

uninstall badlion using their uninstaller. don't delete random files you think belong to it.
when you run it it will infect your system folder so you need their uninstaller to clean that up

maybe if i reinstall badlion then uninstall it again. i can't find an uninstaller for it
