Is it possible to use CE in Bluestacks with rewards app?

I have been trying with different rewards apps for the past few days and none of them seem to work.
So I would like to know if I am doing something wrong or is it just that they don't work at all?

Side note: I've also tested it out with games in bluestacks, and those work.
