My pascal is awfully rusty, but two things come to mind:
1. You already have an instance, don't you? (no need to call create)
I.e. for a var i: int you don't call i:=int.create(), do you?
2. Should not you call the constructor in pascal? .create(); might be an overload issue.

Pascal is the most shittiest language and all of its ide's are pure crap. i don't fucking understand dark byte why he chose Delphi as the language and lazarus as the ide to write CE while he could use a modern technology like C#.NET which is packed with wonderful features for writing less code.
