I thought this is fixed i reported this bug long ago but it is not solved .
I am now to report it again. TABLE has script that is asking for confirmation.
CE 6.8.3 freezes when loading table
CE. 6.8.2 loads perfectly.
Moving back to it i guess.

check help->check for new version and verify you're on the latest 6.8.3 version

again, check what the versioncheck says
where did you download it from and what link? e.g nosetup tends to be slightly older

it says you are up to date version 11.02.2019
i always download from the site the installer.
Oh btw the lua script is the one for copy address.
But i dont think it matters
the issue with CE hanging on loading tables is since 6.8.3

A friend of mine also got Freezing when loading table using 6.8.3 can this be fixed in next version please?

does the table contain a autorun lua script (table script) that when executed references symbolnames even when they don't exist ?
Does the table contain auto attach code ?
And is your CE setup to always auto run lua scripts inside tables ?
e.g I think that calling getAddressSafe("someundefinedsymbol") should wait till all symbols are loaded before returning failure (You should get a dialog after 5 seconds asking if you wish to cancel the lookup)

All I have is
OpenProcess("DarkSoulsIII.exe")
And it freezes...without any message for a long time.
There were cases when it boots straight but most of the time it does hang.
No issue with 6.8.2
this btw happens with different tables not only one specific game.

does it freeze with an empty table for cheat engine tutorial?
try while game is attached and while not.

Nnpe noot unless a hotkey is pressed it wont run anything
all it does is attach to process.
Problem is this happens at random .Ie when i installed it and attached it worked fined and i thought it is fixed.
But after time it started freezing again. SO I run 6.8.2 and no issues.
Something is changed in 6.8.3 causing hang on loading tables with lua scripts or so.
