Alright.
In my case I am making a triggerbot for a first person shooter game. So, I find a address named 007F1234 which changes to 16 when I see an enemy and zero while seeing nothing( and 8 while looking at a teamate). That's great. But, it's a static(green one).I have no offset for it whatsoever. When I right-click it and check what program accesses/writes to this address it opens shit load of stuff which crashes both the game and Cheat-Engine. So now what should be done?
Update: Well I somehow got to read what writes that value and the value of the pointer needed to find the address is 003F1234. So I search it in the search bar and well nothing returns.

why are you checking what accesses/writes it? I don't understand what you're doing, if you're trying to find a pointer, don't. You don't need a pointer if it's static, it's always at the same place in memory, that's what static means (at least relative to the module which now days can be loaded in different places in memory as a security feature).
If you actually want to hook the code that's using it then try speedhack to slow it down, there'll still be tons of stuff of course but it may be slow enough that it doesn't crash.

Thanks for the reply but I want the memory address or/+ offset to put it into my code. I already got what accesses the code but I don't know how to to put it in my program. I'm sorry I'm a beginner so I may not understand things that well

You already have the memory address, it's static so it will always be in the same place so you don't need some other static memory that points to some structure + an offset to get to it.
