So there is no workaround but to downgrade to lower build 15 or 16
or to win 7 i take it?
It's funny how some pc works with same exact build

if your cpu supports virtual process id's dbvm will crash on win 10 with those patches
you got to wait till next build

Next build meaning redstone 4? 1809 is it?
Or get a new CPU i guess

next DBVM/CE build
If not, you have to undo the patches till you're back to before it started doing usermode/kernel separation
An older cpu without PCID support is of course also an option
