can anyone help me work out how to hack gemcraft 2 chasing shadows? I enter the number of my total mana and when i run the game to get more or spend some to try narrow down the addresses when i hit next search i go from having dozens of addresses to none

It's protected under basic encryption and stored across several values. The SWF itself isn't protected at all, so decompile it using JPEXS or something else and modify whatever you want.

but i DID NOT mean anything EXCEPT i thought that it MIGHT push the cheaters to try out more.

well i did try all scans first and im completly illitterate when it comes to computer lingo so thanks for the help but i think ill just have to play legit cause i doubt i will figure this out, oh well it was worth the shot

There are tutorials on YouTube which hold your hand through the process. e.g. here (set the playback speed to 1.5x or 2x)

ah its flash game then!

ok, try the common way to find flash values:

display value, multiplied by eight = first scan value.

display value 100 * 8 = 800 <- search for 800.

and if you like, you can decompile the swf file and modify the action scripts.
