How do I cheat?

I've been trying to open the download thing like when u click it on the bottom left corner , it asks me if i want to let it make changes to my PC and i click yes but then it wont open... i shows its open yet it wont let me do any of the install stuff cuz i cant see the screen... plz help me somebody. Crying or Very sad Evil or Very Mad

make sure no online games are running

besides that it could be an anti virus/firewall protecting you from yourself.
