How to make an Item Modifier value list?

A few google variations failed me, so just gonna ask outright. I've already got the list of what decimal/hex values = what item value, and the addresses for the item slots. What I want is, like some cheat tables, when you go to modify the value it brings up a list of what values are equal to which item.

For instance 0a = Potion, 0b = Candy, etc. I'd like a dropdown list showing those conversions.

Right-click the memory record and select Set/Change dropdown selection options
