Most of the noise will probably come from your fans. Clear any dust from your PC and lubricate your fan bearings - I use all-purpose machine oil (sewing machine oil). I don't notice any noise from my 970, but I don't really push it.

A GTX 970 is much more than requirements for the game, even the recommended requirements. You do not need two of them for SLI to make the game run well. Even then, if you still want to buy two 970's, it's a waste of money. Just buy a 1060/1070 depending on the deal you can get. SLI is extremely overrated, and if you don't understand it, you will probably never get the full performance out of it for the few games on the market today that actually support it.

Why would you spend all that money on SLI when you can get one of the next generation ones which are proven to perform better than 970s.
Its your choice but going with a 1070 is the better choice like everyone else here recommends. They would survive, there's no doubt about that but at lower performance than others.
I have the 970 and while it performs really nice, you can still notice its limitations when you push it to the max and i don't even have a 4k monitor.

About ssd , so theresnt no point on having 200gb? |
Unless you plan on doing a ton of VR gaming, a single 970 is going to be enough graphics power for gaming for the next handful of years to come. Outside of VR gaming, nothing is coming even close to touching a 970s capabilities.
Buying two of them is an utter waste of money, especially with the 1060/1070 being out now. Just go with newer gen tech if you are going to spend that much. GTX 970s are still going for $300-600 depending on the tuning, make, etc. You are better off just buying a 1060 or 1070 for the pricec of 2 970's.
You are making it pretty obvious that you are not hardware savvy. Don't get fooled into thinking SLI is amazing or the best thing for gaming, it's not. Barely any games on the market actually support it properly out of the box. There are a ton of problems with SLI that you don't see in the foreground of what's advertised. If you actually look into it, it is more of a hassle than its worth and the performance gains are few and far between because barely any games offer true SLI support.
Simply put, don't waste money on SLI.
